Sassy is a 5yr old Missouri Fox Trotter Mare. She stands 14.3h and weighs approx 1000 lbs. She is a nice little mare to work with -- she is easy to catch in the pasture, well halterbroke, leads anywhere, hops in trailer no problem, stands well for farrier and best of all -- she wants to be your friend !
She was prof started as a 3yr old and had 30 days riding. She was ridden lightly the following spring. She is curious, intelligent and has a 'ground covering' walk that would be great on the trails and the stamina to be an excellent choice for endurance riding. She would also work on cattle.
Because I consider her nicely started, I wouldn't recommend her for a beginner.
